What we do
We have been analysing and shaping companies‘ internal and external relationships for over 30 years. Originally founded as SWI Schad, we have refined and expanded our areas of expertise over the years. Today we operate under the three divisions SWI Finance, SWI HR and SWI Research.
Our divisions
SWI Finance: Specialisation in the financial services sector. We offer studies and analyses that help consumers make difficult decisions, such as ‘Best Bank’ and ‘Best Mortgage Provider’.
SWI HR: Consultancy and support in the recruitment, satisfaction and retention of employees. We use customised methods to develop effective recommendations for action.
SWI Research: Comparative studies and analyses for media and companies. With our broad range of measurement methods and extensive experience, we deliver independent and meaningful results.
- Why this differentiation
- Targeted further development of areas of expertise
- More orientation for customers and partners
- Transparent and appropriate solutions
- Help with better decisions
- Innovative, digital and personalised advice
The boundaries between the areas are fluid, as a holistic approach often delivers the best results. Our owner-managed institute combines science and business practice and thus offers sound practical knowledge.
Our mission
Our mission is to provide companies and consumers with guidance in times of change and to create transparency in everyday life. We work with two main partners:
- Media: clients of comparative studies. Our independent and well-founded results support consumers in Germany in making difficult decisions
- Companies: Competent partner and consultant for attracting, satisfying and retaining customers and employees.
Our expertise
We are experts in the field of Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX). Our comparison portal cx::radar measures, analyses and compares customer experiences. This knowledge is supplemented by our DubiKu benchmark database with over 3,000,000 test contacts, which enables us to effectively determine the quality of service.
Innovation and further development
We live innovation and further development. Our team of economists, psychologists and sociologists ensures our scientific expertise. We are constantly developing our methods based on the latest research findings. Since 2019, we have also been using a behavioural economics approach, inspired by the research of Nobel Prize winners Daniel Kahneman and Richard Thaler, to shape sustainable relationships.
